In an effort to help families avoid the hardships that her husband’s family suffered, Christine assisted Craig with the development of a process that structures and implements Medicaid pre-planning, sophisticated gifting and estate tax planning techniques. Clients that have used this process have seen an immediate reduction in stress, family disputes, and an increase in asset preservation.

We help our clients make sense of the probate process as well as the legal process of Court-supervised administration of an estate when someone dies with a Last Will & Testament. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Andreoli’s focus was in helping injured people defend their rights against insurance companies that would deny coverage claims. Mrs. Andreoli’s efforts usually resulted in securing coverage and ensuring that her clients received the medical and financial damages to which they were entitled. She is now utilizing the knowledge and experience obtained from those fields of law to the field of Elder Law and Estate Planning. Christine strives to help people preserve the assets in their estate and procure their Medicaid needs.
